Meet Kirsten Søndersted-Olsen

I'm passionate about helping MedTech, Medical Device and Diagnostic companies grow through clarity, insight and strategy. As former Head of Global Marketing, member of the leadership team at Agilent and a long-time mentor in the NOME program, I bring both strategic depth and operational experience to every collaboration.
For more than three decades, I've led international teams, launched global products, and shaped commercial strategies across diagnostics, medical devices, and life sciences. My work bridges technical understanding with business acumen — ensuring that strategic decisions are not only insightful, but also executable.
I hold an Executive MBA from AVT Business School and a Certified Board Education from INSEAD. Today, I serve on several Nordic MedTech boards and advise startups through NOME's mentor network.
With a foundation as a trained Export Technician, complemented by an Advanced Life Support certification and a postgraduate teaching qualification, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, clinical insight, pedagogical skill, and commercial acumen.
